What counts as a sermon upload?
Each audio or video file you upload counts as one sermon. Re-uploading the same file creates a new set of formats, so it counts again.
Can I use video from our livestream?
Yes — we accept MP4, WebM, and MOV files up to 100 MB. We extract the audio and transcribe it, so video quality doesn't matter.
How long does processing take?
Most sermons are fully reshaped in under five minutes. Longer recordings (45+ minutes) may take a bit more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your dashboard with one click. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period — no penalty, no questions.
